One family three different churches. 

So today the boys went with Matt's parents to church (Harvest),

Matt was working so he took the guys to church (New Hope),

I was all alone and decided to go to First B. 

  We are a weird family.

I love my i-pod and J.D. Salinger.
I pretty much threw my reading list out the window
half way through "The Great Gatsby," and picked up
another Salinger great! Yikes addiction is scary!

New Kids on the Block

When my sister and I were little we LOVED New Kids on the Block. I mean LOVED them. I didn't have any Ken barbies only my 2 Joey McIntyre dolls, and every time our parents let us rent movies I would get the NKOTB live concert video. Not to mention the hours spent dancing and singing to EVERY song in our bedroom at all times of the day. So my sister and my auntie Wendy went to the concert, I cried my face off I was so mad that I couldn't go (I was 5 or 6 years old). Well as most of you know they are trying to make a big come-back, and are coming here in concert in October. 

So yesterday my sister calls me to tell me she got two (pretty awesome) tickets for us to go! Finally my New Kids dream (from 9 or so years ago) is coming true! Yay!

The best part is that after ALL these years my sister still has her box of NKOTB memorabilia including some sweet things we will be wearing to the concert. She still has the t-shirt that she bought at the first concert. Plus buttons, watches, and I am sure way more crazy things! I am SO excited!

Back to the E.R again!

So sunday was a beautiful day of rest for me. I rented some movies, made a pizza, and basically was just hanging out at home. Well I had my left leg under my right leg sitting on the couch, when Adrianne pulled up to my place and called my name. So excited I jumped up not knowing that my leg was completely asleep. So my foot twisted and swelled up a bunch, so back I went to the er. I tore two ligaments in my foot, I am just so glad it wasn't my ankle! So I am on cruches for a week or two. It has been feeling better already though so I am not sure I will need them that long! Please pray this curse of medical madness away! 

I love my kids!

La-chamba (Archer) is awesome. Matt put him in our hamper, and he loved it! We kept putting the lid on and taking it off and he was laughing like crazy!
