The whole truth and nothing but the truth so....HELP me God!

At work today I made something that I thought was really cute....so a little (too) proud of my idea I asked one of my co-workers her opinion. Well I got it, and let's just say she didn't think it was as cute as I did. While I was a little bummed I had to remember the verse above, and remind myself that God calls us to be honest, even to ourselfs. So I decided to make myself a little reminder to hang above my desk (shown above). I also made 2 more copies for my co-workers. I really value honesty and this verse.

I totally did not scream my brains out at the New Kids on the Block concert....that is SO 15 years ago...and not something this girl would do..nope.
I did not sit at home ALL day Saturday embroidering t-shirts when my house was a total mess...no way I have my priorities in order and would never.
I also had nothing to do with a little box of mac&cheese vanishing into thin air.
Sunday is an important day to make it to church and relax....so I certainly did not miss church to work all day, no way I know how important that is.

Not me Monday!

Ok, here it is...my not me monday attempt. I got this from the blog that is totally awesome, but I am not techy enough to put the link in this little message here. But most of you who read mine read her's (and you should because mine is super boring)!

I most certainly did not get up an hour late today, because I am never so comfortable in my bed it would be sinful to move, nope not me!
I didn't send my husband off with Jonah to get his haircut, after all last time I did this I paid $14 for a buzz cut...that wouldn't be smart.
I didn't arrive late to work today, I am such a responsible employee that I would never be so rude....especially not during the busy season!

That's all I have.....(yeah right!)

The Big Four!

Today is our 4th wedding anniversary! YAHOO!! Another year.
We are not doing anything super cool, just hanging at home. Hopefully this weekend we are going to minneapolis for a segway tour! That should be really fun!

Matt and I had the most amazing date yesterday. I love it so much.

Matt's brother Andy is having a baby today (maybe). His girlfriend Liz is in labor working that baby out. I am so excited I can not wait for him to get here! Yay! Pray labor goes well, and the baby is healthy! Auntie Amber and Uncle Matt!

The blogger in me doesn't exsist. I am not a great writer, and I never know what to say.
I am here at my computer wanting to blog something. I guess I will be honest. I am tired, it is the evil time of the month, my side has something really wrong with it, I am nervous as all heck that for the wedding I am doing on saturday, I have nothing planned for my husband's birthday (besides a photo session with Melissa, but that isn't really just for him.....hee,hee), I have a million things to do at work, I am stressed about money (who isn't these days), I hate that winter is almost here. The list could go on forever. Why does writting about it make me feel better, I have no idea.

The Dodge to the Door family!

We are your typical dodge to the door family. I am guessing that isn't very typical at all. We have really enjoyed going to First Baptist Church the past few months....What?? Haven't seen us there....maybe that is because we always arrive three minutes late and rush to the front door ASAP. You may think this is odd (and well let's face it...it is!), but we know no other way.
